Kathryn Susan Murdock, FSCU Board Member

Kathryn Susan Murdock is a licensed Realtor with Sweet Utah Homes and a dedicated community volunteer with a longstanding commitment to strengthening families and supporting children. Her professional career, combined with extensive volunteer leadership, reflects a passion for serving others and building stronger communities throughout Northern Utah.

Kathryn has served for six years on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of Open Doors Utah, where she has represented families as a consumer representative for the crisis nursery. She also serves as the Relief Society President for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and volunteers as a neonatal kitten foster with ANBAR. Through these leadership and service roles, she has gained valuable experience in board governance, organizational planning, and community outreach.

Kathryn believes that families thrive when parents have access to meaningful support systems, making Family Support Centers of Utah's mission a natural fit with her personal values and community involvement. Her experience working with Open Doors Utah has provided insight into many of the same issues and responsibilities addressed by FSCU, giving her a strong understanding of family-centered services and nonprofit governance.
